Our Services. Very Mary Rides delivers Airport Transportation, Non-Emergency Transport, Nurse Companion Ride, Personal Driver Service, Senior Ride Service. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Very Mary Rides and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Very Mary Rides may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Very Mary Rides makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Very Mary Rides's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Very Mary Rides in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Very Mary Rides from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by AZ law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in AZ for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
